Last week, IGT, a renowned casino technology provider, announced that Emerald Queen I-5 Casino would start using IGT ADVANTAGE modules and casino management system to run and monitor their loyalty program and execute a wide range of other vital casino operations. On top of that, IGT’s proprietary CrystalDual®27 and CrystalCurve™ Class III cabinets, which are already a massive hit in the new Tacoma Casino in Washington, will also be present in the Emerald Queen Casino.
After the announcement, Frank Wright, the General Manager of Emerald Queen Casino, came forward to say that the Emerald Queen I-5 Casino will use the CrystalDual®27 and CrystalCurve™ upright cabinets to offer a more diverse offering to its patrons on their ADVANTAGE-powered gaming floor. Mr. Wright also added that this integration would mean that players will enjoy more opportunities from the range of IGT’s highly immersive gaming titles. The staff, on the other hand, will offer faster response times as they will be able to address problems remotely and monitor different casino events simultaneously, thereby reducing the need for face-to-face interactions on the casino lobby.
IGT’s Chief Operating Officer Nick Khin, on the other hand, praised Emerald Queen I-5 Casino as a sensational gaming destination in the northwest region of the U.S. He expressed his excitement in getting the opportunity to boost the gaming experience of the players with IGT’s player-oriented content, the ADVANTAGE-powered products and the chart-topping Crystal cabinets. Mr. Khin also added that content management modules, IGT’s portable service and ADVANTAGE CMS would assist Emerald Queen to observe social distancing requirements and at the same time deliver top-notch casino entertainment in the current Covid-19 crisis.
Other than IGT ADVANTAGE, Emerald Queen I-5 Casino also implemented IGT’s Mobile Responder, Mobile Host, M5, Service Window System products and IGT’s Mobile Dashboard.
