Wazdan To Offer Its Games To Swedish Users

Thanks to a substantial dealership, Sweden has granted gaming specialist, Wazdan, an official Swedish certification. This allows them to operate within the country thanks to the certificate’s blessing.

After the confirmation revealed this month, Wazdan immediately moved forward in strengthening the connections with its Swedish partners. Examples included are Kindred, Mr Green, Hero Gaming and many others.

The Swedish Gambling Authority has already made plans to help further increase the gambling market within their field. It also allows for more business opportunities to be brought so that further profits can be made. In doing so, the SGA allowed license applications to be made at the beginning of this year. Any method of gambling activity was owned by the state before this new legislation. The European Commission gave heavy criticisms for this due to the monopolization. In 2018, Sweden began to follow in Denmark’s footsteps to open this new market for the world of online gambling.

The primary objective of the SGA is the overall governing and running of its gambling activities within the country. They aim to make sure that gambling here is safe, under proper legislation and protects the consumers. Players can easily pause any subscriptions or loyalties they have so that illegal gambling activity can be reduced. Any illegal activity performed is offered harsher punishments.

Companies like Wazdan can benefit heavily from this as they can reach into new audiences and further develop their games for more types of people. The Head of Sales for Wazdan, Andrzej Hyla, expressed how much the company is looking forward to this new development. He said: “The Swedish certification opens up doors for our team to increase what we offer our partners, and also to develop new relationships with operators to bring Wazdan high-quality games to the Swedish players”.
