Top online casino developer, Yggdrasil has signed a strategic franchise licensing agreement with Azure Tech, one of Asia’s leading developers. The franchise agreement will allow new partners to take charge of their iGaming expansion strategies by effectively accelerating their content development and distribution into foreign markets.

Azure Tech is currently one of Asia’s most reputable developers following their unique, high-quality casino content that it has been launching in the Asian market. In addition to Azure Tech’s exclusive BI service, its customers have been enjoying the very best tools and content for the past couple of years.

Under the terms of the agreement, Azure Tech will have access to the entire Yggdrasil system, including the GATI Technology Interface and game promotional toolkits, while overseeing the game development processes. Moreover, Azure Tech will integrate its online content with that of Yggdrasil so that it can serve more customers and bring in more revenue on targeted markets.

Yggdrasil, on the other hand, will be allowed access to Azure Tech’s B2B platform, which will open up more opportunities to access the Asian markets as a whole. Moreover, Azure Tech’s top titles will strengthen Yggdrasil’s rich portfolio, giving it a more diverse outlook across the markets.

In light of this newly signed agreement, Cora Chen, Azure Tech’s Chief Operations Officer, said that they were excited to partner with Yggdrasil and were looking forward to gaining the best out of it in terms of the GATI Technology, more franchisees, and access to a robustly diversified portfolio.

Likewise, Yggdrasil’s Head of Publishing, Björn Krantz, expressed the company’s delight with their second franchise arrangement in a fortnight. His team is now looking forward to a successful partnership, especially now that they can gain access to a wider Asian market.
