Yggdrasil Can Now Operate in Isle of Man Thanks to New B2B License

The gaming software provider, Yggdrasil, has recently been authorized a new certification that allows the company to share its games in Isle of Man. The B2B software license was granted to them by the Isle of Man Supervision Commission. Yggdrasil will now be given access to hundreds of target markets within this region, allowing players from here to take part in their selection of games.

Thanks to the certification, Yggdrasil has now been able to secure a total of eight different licenses from four different jurisdictions. These major supervisors are best known by many already, controlling the jurisdiction of gambling across the globe, and they are the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, Gibraltar and Romania among the listed.

Yggdrasil has always made plans to reach a more global scale and even aim of markets that are mostly untouched from other competitors. Obtaining licenses is the best way to secure these markets as they are fully insistent on abiding by the rules and regulations of different regions. After their founding in 2013, Yggdrasil has already grown exponentially by obtaining its licenses from all over the world. The Isle of Man will be a new territory for them.

Using its own policies and procedures to protect its players and their security, they can always offer absolute assurance on safeguarding newcomers. They even utilize their own security system named the Yggdrasil’s Information Security Management System, also known as ISMS. This is audited on a year-by-year basis by independent authorities, enabling research into the different region’s laws and regulations.

The CEO of Yggdrasil, Fredrik Elmqvist, commented: “We’re delighted to add the Isle of Man to this prestigious regulatory roster, our eighth B2B license, and I’m sure many more will follow in the years to come.”
